I recently stayed at this hotel for about three weeks, and I can confidently say that its high rating is well-deserved, largely due to how the staff treat their guests with genuine kindness and care. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt that my comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay, consistently showing a level of dedication that truly sets this hotel apart. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to several staff members who made my experience particularly memorable: Ravishan, Chayma, Asif, Asrin, Yascine, Chef Emad, Didarul, Anil, Mohammad (luggage), Mohammad Masum, Grace, Nouruddeen, Anindit, Idris, and Jerry. Their warm and professional service significantly enhanced my stay, making it not just enjoyable, but truly special.

Great Location. Walking distance to Souq Waqif (10min walk), also very close to small super markets and shops. Very beautiful and nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were very polite and professional.

Shaza Doha is a new and delightful place with excellent apartments and a very friendly staff. I arrived around 3 AM, and despite having a booking for just one night, they generously offered me a late checkout at 2 PM. They also offered me to store my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore the town unencumbered. The breakfast was satisfactory.

I travelled with my family and it was our first time in Qatar. The hotel choice was based on the reviews here and it did not fail us. the location is excellent and within walking distance to corniche, Mesherib area and Souq Waqef. We chose the location to explore the culture and the food more. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly and the rooms and specious and clean. We booked the family connecting room with twin room for 6 nights. We tried the breakfast for one day and they had 50% discount, they offer wide range of food selection and the food is clean. There is security personnel around the clock outside even food delivery can not go to the floor, which made us feel very safe.

The location of the hotel was really nice (very close to the Souk, in the gold district). The Metro was literally 2 min away and everything was at hand. The hotel had a very good quality price ratio and our trip didn’t lack anything. The staff was friendly, helpful ,exceptional indeed and we rarely felt so pampered and well taken care of 😁.The human experience was stellar and made us want to return. We will most certainly be back in Qatar soon and will make this our fave stop. No negative comments whatsoever, my first ever 10/10 for the staff. A big thank you to the whole Shaza Doha team (front desk, room service, concierge, roof terrace staff and all the others) that made us feel like being home away from home. You guys are amazing!

Perfect service from Akbota. Very good reception from her. She made us feel very welcome in the hotel. That is why we returned to the hotel a second time. And we will return again in December thanks to her politeness and positive energy.

The hotel is beautiful and opulent. Rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished. Breakfast was delicious and tasty and plentiful. The biggest highlight however is the staff. WOW, the staff at the Shaza is outstanding. You get welcomed from the door and through out the hotel. I have not experienced this level of hospitality anywhere before. Well done 👏🏻
